A special cut-out device stops the brewing action and the flow of coffee if either jug or filter is removed during the brew cycle and switches on again when jug or filter is replaced brewing temperature between 33.3c - 35.5c (92º - 96º) keeping the temperature between 26.5c - 29.5c (80º - 85º), meeting the requirements of the ECBC.
